It's very frustrating when you first have to wait for an insurance approval for a procedure and…read morethen have to call one (1) month later after approval was given to get a date for said procedure. Was told at the time they didn't see it as they had other things to take care of. I then had to call for my results only to find that the data was never sent over to my doctor until over a week after the procedure. I wonder why insurance costs are so high when people can't do their jobs. It's disheartening when you have to follow up with the doctors because evidently your health is not their priority. Lack of urgency and follow-thru. No consequences for lack of patient care or follow-thru.
