I love it! I am on the competition team here and the teachers are so nice! We go to many competitions and the classes are extremely supportive, yet they still teach dance technique and choreography. I have tried many studios in the area and this is by far the best. We offer many classes, including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, acro, hip hop, modern, tap, stretching and conditioning, improv, and even parent classes! Levels are from pre (toddlers) to the advanced level 4* and 5, which are our older company and experienced dancers. There is something for everyone, and the teachers are very knowledgable. We DO offer a free trial class and DO have an advanced competition team that attended JUMP, NUVO, Dancers Inc. and Talent Explosion. My daughter has been dancing here for the past seven years. In that time, I have seen tremendous growth in her abilities and technique. She has since joined the Company within the studio, which is a competition team. She practices several nights a week, and is committed to traveling and participating in many competitions. What is impressive to me is the kindness of the older dancers to my daughter and her classmates, and the sense of camaraderie and teamwork. I don't know the issue with the other reviews my child was offered a free class to see how she would fit in and like the particular dance styles. I believe the monthly price for this location it more than fair and is based of the level/time length of the class and to enroll them in another class is only a small fee on top of it instead of full price. My daughter counts down the days until she get to go to dance and loves her teacher. She has gotten plenty of on hands experience/teaching which I was able to watch from the look in window to confirm she's appropriately being taught. I would 100% recommend this studio! read more

My daughter danced here for more than five years. We've lived in many different states with the military and I am so grateful that the last studio she danced at was the best one. Her skills developed and her talent was nurtured so well by the teachers and owner that when she went to college she made the nationally ranked dance team there. The friendships she made and the comradary of the competition teams were the best part of her high school experience. This studio has given me so much and more. Every single instructor is amazing and pushed me to reach my greatest potential every time we met. Every class, involving an array of genres, was nothing but a positive experience year after year. Not only did this studio prepare me to dance in college, but it also taught me skills outside of dance. My daughter has done dance for 3 years and we switched this summer to Carlisle Dance and she has matured and learned more in 3 weeks than she did in 3 years at the old studio! The instructors and owner is fantastic and really welcoming and I love that they are strict but not overly strict. My daughter (3 years old) loves her dance instructors and is always excited for her dance class each week. It is a great activity that someone her age gets to be involved in and continue to grow with. The older classes and competition teams are amazing to watch and gives my daughter excellent role models to look up to.
