I was told he could not perform the extraction, but he seen in my x-ray that I had 1 other cavity, I also told him that I had other teeth that I thought was cavities. But he told me they weren't cavities they were just stain on my teeth. Later found out by going to another dentist officer that they were in fact cavities. But the cavities was no longer little small surface cavities. I was so mad, because they lied. I don't know was they trying to avoid doing lots of work on me , due to being skeptical about the bill. I had blue cross blue shield insurance, so don't know what was the problem. So, they only filled one tooth, which I had more than one surface cavity. I will not suggest anyone to this dentist office unless you have government health insurance. I guess they are untrusting by nature.

They try so hard that the doctor will tell you to smile and he will literally rate your smile on a scale of 1-10 and be like "ehh, it's like a 5. I'll make sure you see our billing/insurance/accountant person to see what we do for you regarding invasalign." Never agreed to it. Never even said I wanted it. Never expressed concerns over my "smile." (Not to mention, I had braces before) Doctor goes on to continue to "rate" my teeth's whiteness and trying his hardest to convince me to do their teeth whitening treatment. Again, without even asking if I wanted it done. Says the billing lady will walk me through that too. I get my cleaning done, it was okay. They put me in a dark, weird room for me to "wait" for the billing lady just for me to tell her no and after telling her no countless times, she still proceeds to show me different payment plans for treatments I already said I don't want. I get it, it's a chain dental company. But like DANG, no is no. They are absolutely pushy. It was a one and done for me.

The plate also goes so far back in the roof of my mouth that I gag and swallowing food is difficult. They fall out when I try to speak, after a week of getting them, and I can't afford a reline. Exactly 1 month after getting my denture I'm eating a potato chip, Pringle, and one of the front teeth pops out. The dentist that I had was condescending and rude. He refused to listen to me. I've been to Aspen dental up in New England and they were fantastic but this one I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

She was crying and could barely walk when I picked her up. She said he was very rough with her and not at all compassionate. She came home and went to sleep and died only a few hours after the procedure. There are good dentist at this location, however I wouldn't let Dr Vargas touch anyone I loved. His office knew my mom passed after the coroner called investigating and they never even reached out with sympathy. She was only 69 years old.

They told me my insurance was accepted when I called and asked about it and an appointment. They…read morethen had me fill out all the paperwork to be a first time client, the paperwork included a photo of my insurance card. Then when I took time off work and came in, they told me they had looked and my insurance was NOT accepted. Why not tell me before I took time off work? Well they tried to get me to see the Dr. despite their not taking my United Concordia Insurance. Nothing to lose on their part having me come in I guess. Just a waste of my time and the three weeks I waited for an appointment time that worked. Don't trust what they say, expect them to not take your insurance.
