Ellos manejaron mi caso de residencia, el cual dependía de un caso previo de asilo político, y aun así el manejo fue negligente. El formulario I-130 fue llenado por Liliana, quien siempre supe que era la secretaria, no una abogada ni alguien que debería estar completando documentos tan importantes. Ese formulario fue mal llenado, cometiendo un error grave que hoy me está retrasando mi proceso aproximadamente 2 años más. Debido a ese error, tuve que pagar $580 dólares adicionales, además de los más de $4,000 dólares que ya había pagado a los Abogados Mendoza. Lo más frustrante es que el despacho no se hizo responsable en absoluto: no asumieron el error, no ofrecieron solución y no cubrieron los gastos adicionales causados por su propio mal trabajo. En un proceso migratorio, estos errores tienen consecuencias enormes, y este despacho mostró una falta total de profesionalismo y responsabilidad. No recomiendo a los Abogados Mendoza bajo ninguna circunstancia.

I told them that I wanted a refund of my $3000 that I put down. They called me back and told me that my case was assigned to an attorney that was on vacation and he would be back "tomorrow" and if I wanted to meet with him I could. I asked why they would assign my case to someone that was on vacation and why would that not be communicated to me. He had no answer for that. I told them that I wanted my refund. Almost 2 weeks after depositing my money with them the front desk called me to set up an appointment to talk to an attorney that was finally assigned to me. I had to tell her that they were actually issuing a refund to me. Once my refund check was received, I could not cash it bc it was over $2500. I called them to ask them if we could split it into two checks so I could cash it and they downright refused. They have caused so much wasted time on my case and now I have to jump through hoops just to get my cash back. The office could care less about how it's impacted me. I would avoid this law group at all costs. They are severely unorganized and they do not make your case a priority.
