I did not feel like she knew my case well and was not comfortable with her. I asked her what would happen if we lost the appeal and she made it sound like it wasn't a big deal she would just reappeal to a group of judges, which would no longer involve the commissioner. She was terrible during the hearing. I was denied and she refused to appeal. Instead, she tried to tell me I had misunderstood what she said. A few days later, I received a letter stating the firm would no longer represent me.
