Stopped off here at the Bennett location for lunch on our road trip. Great service and food came out good, hot and fast.

I ordered thru the drive thru! My order was perfect! My chicken tenders were cooked crispy, and were nice and fresh. The big cheese was so delicious. We'll be ordering that again. Terrible AI automated robot ordering system via the drive thru. Members of my crew are all individuals with different don'ts on their food orders, was very complicated and time consuming to try to get 6 meals with drinks ordered. There was a human at the window who had to fix and complete my order, why not just allow the human to take the order as normal?!?!?!? Can't you just allow humans to work as per the course? Trying to change the shape of the wheel here to save money. I had to park in the front to have my order delivered to me once paying at the window, what was supposed to be an easy lunch for the guys turned into a whole production. Will definitely steer clear of Carls from now on. read more

Ordered Biscuits and gravy. Had to pull around front to wait for the food. 5 minutes in to my wait they came out the door with an order of what looked like B & G to another car. A minute later that meal went back inside and as that customer came out with his correct order and following him was that same bag from the employee. I asked if "that was the order that car just returned" and he said it was. I told them I wanted a new order and he turned around and walked in. So I was left with no choice but to drive away without my order because I wasn't going to risk getting a "soiled" order because they were upset. This place... I'm not sure what exactly happened but...wow, this place and its service in in the hole. They push you through the service window and ask you to park in the front...yeah, that level of messed up. Its sad because they use to be so good at customer service. Sad to see it has gone down hill so bad. read more

Upon our arrival at this location, the managers are at the main entry door smoking. My wife and I order a number 6 and number 1 from the menu. The grumpy old bat (smoking manager) is barking orders at staff and plain rude to us while ordering. Appears she's pissed because her smoke break was cut short. Our wait was 20 minutes. In this time I witnessed Cami ( smoking manager#2) Mocking a customer that was on the drive through speaker and in front of lobby guests. The wait time in drive thru for multiple cars was nineteen minutes!! (Overheard). I count six employees on staff during this mess. In addition, my extra bacon that I paid for was not on my burger. When I went back to request Cami was rude, again. The condition of this lobby is disgusting with dirty tables, fountain drink counter and floors. Don't be back here. read more

The food is always great--chain restaurants usually have their food down to a science though, but man does this Carl's Jr. lack customer service and cleanliness to a unacceptable amount. Each Carl's Jr. employee at this location that I've encountered here has had a terrible, unwelcoming, rude personality to their customers. If the food wasn't good and it wasn't one of the only options in this town I would not go back, solely due to their customer service/employees and the dirty restaurant. read more

Whatever happened to customer service?? With the growing options for food in this area you'd think businesses would be making an extra effort to train their employees in customer service. We attempted to go through the drive through which was empty compared to the Taco Bell next door and the McDonald's across the parking lot. There was a reason for that. We ordered a sandwich advertised on their drive-through menu and were told they no longer carried that sandwich. This led to an exchange about why it was still on the board and there was nothing the person taking the order could do about it. When we asked to speak to the manager the young sounding woman on the mic also said there was nothing she could do about it and we could either order or drive through. We drove through. Yes, there are multiple things YOU can do about it the very least of which is pretend to give a cr@p about your customer's opinion and customer service and say you're going to address it with your manager. read more

This place is awful. Food is always wrong and no matter what they always make you pull around and park in front, usually to wait for a long time to receive your cold, wrong order. Go to Subway nearby. They don't suck this bad. read more

Unclean bathrooms. We waited about fifteen minutes on our order. Seemed to be an awful lot of loud chatter in the kitchen...and coughing. So we got our orders. Forgot the honey mustard, and the mustard packets and onions for my grandpa's hot dog. Our food wasn't even that warm. I got a cold cookie--it wasn't even baked all the way. I ordered chicken tenders and and fries last night at the Carl's Jr. in Bennett. Never have I ever had a horrible meal from there. Chicken tenders were cold and rubbery therefore not cooked fresh as ad says, fries were cold and stale, think they sat for over an hour. Dudes. Don't let both of your bathrooms run out of toilet paper ("people don't tell us!"... Check it regularly, c'mon) and then make no move in the same visit to remedy the problem. The staff member even went into the bathroom to check on the situation. It was not fixed. Both were out of toilet paper. The men's room at least has paper towels, but the women's doesn't. Ladies, if you're going in there, take napkins with you just in case. read more

Stood there waiting for over 10 minutes while the stuff watched me as I stood outside smoking cigarettes, they did not come inside and take my order all three of the workers there were standing outside watching me laughing and smoking as I stood by the cashiers desk waiting to order instead of coming inside and taking my order. read more

worst carls jr. i've ever been to. we've gone multiple times to order the beyond burgers, with no cheese or mayo, but they always put cheese and mayo on the sandwichs. ALWAYS. they will repeat the order back to us and still get the order wrong. it's ridiculous. we spend 10 dollars a burger basically for them to get it wrong. never going back there again. read more

Great hand breaded chicken fingers that are very moist, made right there, not frozen factory prepared. I love the poppers, yum! I also like the variety of soda, they have more selection than most other restaurants. Rick, the manager, is awesome, he gives the BEST customer service. read more
