This McDonald's is located inside the Love's Travel Center. It has its own entrance and seating area but is open into the Love's and shares Love's restrooms. The McDonald's was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was classic McDonald's fare. I certainly wouldn't want to eat this on a daily basis but it's very well suited for a quick pit stop when driving the interstate. read more

The place was nice and clean and the place was being cleaned when we arrived. The tables had no stuff on them and it even smelled clean! And they delivered the food right to us and were very polite. The food was not too greasy and the orange juice was not watery and its food was filling. read more

I am the first to point out poor quality and service. So I also need to point out when I have a great experience. Saturday 11/8/2025 was such a day. I didn't catch the young lady's name but she was possibly one of the best employees in that location. We frequent the Bennett CO location and the usual SOP is let the Kiosk handle everything and damn the counter, management included. This young lady was minding the counter and the customers in the dinning room with exceptional service. I wish I had noted her name, she has reddish blonde hair and round glasses. ordered drive through and it was fast, but they forgot our fries, and I ordered a Dr Pepper in a kids meal, which is ALREADY a VERY small size. when they handed us the kids Dr Pepper, it was literally filled up halfway with exactly four pieces of ice. additionally, it tasted watered down. if I was blind folded, I wouldn't even be able to tell it was Dr Pepper. I haven't eaten at McDonalds for awhile and I was craving their fries and a Big Mac along with a chocolate shake. This came to almost $14.00. The hamburger was cold and tasted like cardboard, the fries were limp and cold and as for the milkshake I just had to laugh when she gave it to me. It was the size of a small soda cup, filled halfway with the milkshake and filled the rest to the top with whip cream, I guess to make you feel like you're really getting a full cup. Sonic burgers are so MUCH better and their shakes are awesome and as for the fries, they can't be any worse then the ones I got at McDonald yesterday. AND I feel McDonalds prices are very high for what you get. I don't do take out often but the next time and from here on out I will be going to Sonic. read more

I went to the counter to order and 3 employees (one being a manager) looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me with a smile or I'll be right with you. I stood at the counter over 60 seconds (they were NOT busy) finally gave up and took my business elsewhere. I don't even do reviews, but McDonalds has been progressively going down hill in customer service for over a year. I haven't had a single order right the last 3 times I have been there over 6 months. Just give us our receipt! McDonald's receipts have a survey link on every receipt so you can get a free sandwich by filling out the survey and you never even ask us if we want our receipt. Make us tell you we don't want the receipt, just automatically give customers a receipt, especially those who pay with credit cards it's not that hard. I've spoken to managers before about it and I guess they don't seem to care much about their two star rating because they're still not doing what the customer wants. read more

While I was there, I had to get my drinks replaced and saw 4 other people getting other drinks replaced. The manager was so young, there is no way she was over 20. This place is a mess. Food is sloppily put together. Either cold or not even correct. My neighbor even got a chicken sandwich that was raw on the inside. Avoid unless it's the only place open. And even then just order fries, they seem to be okay at making those. read more

Worst I ever seen, I live near by and can easily say that. I really enjoy the truck stop. The owner of this MCD has no clue about this MCD, the management seem to be not manage the employees. I can depend on this location messing up my order at least 50% of the time. The food is fine and normal for any McDonald's. The inside is very clean and open. The staff is usually friendly. One of the worst locations I have been to. The order is never correct, TWO double HAMbugers NO cheese. I always get them with cheese. The new deal with any size drinks they tell me sorry its only for a MED. Hold up the sign said any size drink. With the same deal they never have apple pies ready.
