Even though they have a large discount section at the back, the newer items usually also have some kind of deal or sale on as well - and the sales are EPIC! The items themselves are a mix of current season and previous seasons items, and the nice thing about this Outlet is that the items are no different from the retail stores, they really are just items that have not sold in store and end up in the outlet as discounts at the back. Some outlets have their own line of cheaper items and that's not the case with Fossil. I have purchased many items from this store - things I need, and things I don't need but want. I went to Pakenham this season for the first time. It was also my first time skiing at all. I…read moresigned up for the Discovery program, which is a package that gets you a one-hour beginners' lesson, equipment rentals, and a 4-hour lift ticket for $55. This was a great deal, and made skiing really accessible for me. Otherwise I would have for sure been too nervous to go try this on my own. I didn't feel like the website gave me enough information about where to go and when, but when I phoned to ask questions, the person who answered my call was super helpful. The lesson took place first thing on a Saturday morning. There was a ski option and a snowboard option. The age ranges were so varied. Some were as young as little kids, right up to adults. I was divided into a group with three other adults, and a super helpful instructor named Stew. He was a jolly, retired gentleman who was empathetic, helpful, and hilarious. Stew took us on the baby hill (like, seriously, one smaller than the bunny hill) to teach us the basics. We learned how to go up the rope tow, and how to ski on the bunny hill. I was so nervous about learning this, but byu the end was so comfortable, and actually excited about coming back to try again. I mentioned that the lift ticket was for four hours. After the lesson, I continued to practice on the bunny hill for another hour and a half. It got really old after about 45 minutes, but I hadn't learned how to use the chair lift. I ended up leaving before the pass had expired/ There's a level 2 to the discover program, which I will be excited to try next season. I hope I get to learn how to use the chair lift!

Our ladies were super-excited to create a bouquet to take home. We had guests from age 3 to 88.....just look at the picture to see how happy they are. The Fleur Bloom Bar arrived promptly at 11:30 and set-up a beautiful display of what I had ordered. They stayed throughout the shower from 1-4 and assisted people building their bouquets with displays and information. (They were there for a long time!) They even created a bouquet of the remaining flowers for me to take home! They supplied paper sleeves & ribbon. I would highly recommend their business. They were super professional & helpful. (The team of 3 even dressed all in black & provided beautiful table runners for me to use under the Bridal Shower presents.) Excellent idea for a Bridal or Baby Shower, a Birthday, an Anniversary, a Garden Party etc. Their service is well priced....especially with all they do! Communication is excellent. When you walk in not only is the store immaculate it is so well organized / categorized and color coordinated. It does not look or fe el like a typical consignment store. You walk in and the energy is so positive and uplifting and it's like you are walking into an upscale boutique. I wouldn't be surprised if you walk around with your jaw on the ground with how basically brand new these clothes are but the prices are amazing as well. And on top of that everything was 50% off the ticketed price. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming I'm sure it won't be long before she gets tired of seeing my face because I just found my new favorite store for 2018.

The owner(?) was friendly and knowledgeable enough, and gave us good advice. But we were not able to use their services in the immediate future. Will update further if and when we are able to do so. PS: we have bought glass from them before, but it has been many years. Meanwhile, what we want now might well be the installation as well. To be continued... ----- Update March 2015: they have moved (again?!) to Westbrook in Carp. We ordered doors for our shower enclosure and installed them. Very professional, very nice!
