Good afternoon…read more Firstly I need say that I have no idea how your rewards work. As you can see from the recept I spent £80 and didn't have any rewards,that i thought I was getting. On arrival i asked staff to scan the app to show that I have turned up at the restaurant. Before ordering i showed the 50% off to the staff waiting on our table,they politely said that is for the app members only, that we have to have membership to be able to use it. Okay we can't argue as we don't know if that's correct. Main course ordered and delivered to the table the fries turned up about 4or5 minutes later after we had started and is was obvious they had been forgotten. Sweet orders start. I have a code for free sweet ,answer you can only have the doughnuts free if you would like. I don't like doughnuts can I get something else, answer yes but you would have to pay im afraid. Sweet arrived, no napkins, my wife said can we have some napkins, only one arrived for her. So now question time... Is the members only app a scam. Are any of the voucher codes applicable. Is it supposed to be misleading or is the catch out clause somewhere in the terms and conditions that I would need to be a lawyer and have 3 spare days to read. I may go to Facebook and ask others if they have had the same issues at prezzo. Possibly trading standards also to inquire if the voucher codes issued should be honoured. I think that the next time my wife and myself go out for our anniversary, it will possibly be elsewhere. So recap 1) no 50% off 2 meals until October 2) free sweet, not excepted 3) £10 well this is my next visit since the last time I went to prezzo. The service here was friendly and I never had any problems getting there attention. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came as I was expecting to pay more. Loads of pay and display parking just across the road. There are many more places in Bury St Edmunds that I would like to try before coming back to Frankie and Benny's, however I can see me coming back here one day.
