The medication lasted 9 days after which the pain started to return. I called them on day 13 to have them renew my prescription or get me another that would eliminate my pain. I was told that their policy was they would only prescribe a new medication within 9 days of being seen and I would have to come back and pay another $179 to address my issue. My prescription didn't run out until 9 days passed! They also said my NP who prescribed my medication was off that day and and another attending would not write a script without seeing me first for another $179. What... I guess the other attending couldn't read my file, or even make a phone call to the NP??? This place is nothing but a money grab, forget being cared for like they care about you, it's all about the money!!!!!

He has shown wonderful bed side manner, care, concern and has offered effective rehabilitation for my lower back pain- I've suffered from for years. I opted for surgery to be performed at Community Surgery Center Hamilton. By Dr. Mazellan and staff. There I received amazing care from Trena, Jean and Karen. Karen went beyond and made me feel especially cared for. Even calling me to let me know I left some very special personal items behind that I quickly retrieved. To note, I was able to opt out of an IV and my holistic practices were well received and respected. I was able to refuse harmful drugs with lasting effects.. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

This lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and undervalued, and disrespected as a patient. The waiting room is huge, but I think it belies the short waiting time. There have never been more than half a dozen people in the waiting room, some waiting for lab results after a consultation. The staff is pleasant and professional with a couple of exceptions. Dr. Steenbergen was welcoming, polite, professional and thorough. He listened to me and provided his assessment of some treatment options I suggested. Although our discussion was interrupted a couple of times, I felt I had his full time and attention for the duration of the appointment. The physician assistant, Joel Westbury, is also excellent. In fact, I might prefer to see him in the future rather than Dr. Steenbergen. And particularly when there is an urgency for an appointment, I was able to see Westbury much sooner than Steenbergen. Also, there is a phlebotomist on staff which negates the need to go downstairs to the in house lab. The practice appears to be fully computerized. Prescriptions are electronically transmitted to the pharmacy of my choice. After each visit I receive a printed summary of the visit by mail for my records, including any procedures, vitals, and prescriptions.

In the last 6 months I've had to have everything from brain surgery, to breast cancer, and she managed to keep in contact with me almost daily even on her days off.... What kind of doctor does that? Dr. Saberman takes her role of primary care doctor very seriously. She coordinated my care between four different surgeons, one in Chicago, and still managed to get all the paperwork filled out for my employer and everything else. It's been a life-changing year for me and I'm grateful she was with me for the experience. I don't know what I would have done with an average doctor. I make sure her and her staff know how much I appreciate them... they go the extra mile for me, I often order them pizza or something.. It's the least I can do, I'm sure they saved my life.. They even hugged me when I left for brain surgery. I don't believe.. Dr Saberman does accept new patients, but I could be wrong. however, She does have a partner in her new office, who would be my second choice, in Noblesville.. I'm sure you would get the same quality care with her as well.

The St. Vincent online portal is easy to use and there is plenty of parking. The office is located in downtown Broad Ripple. Dr. Sood and everyone else I have interacted with there have always been kind, helpful and understanding, no matter if I have a health concern to discuss or need to reschedule an appointment. I get pretty anxious about doctor's appointments and very queasy/lightheaded with blood work, etc. and the techs have been so patient and nice and helped make me as comfortable and distracted as possible which makes a huge difference for me. While being here Lavanna had to watch her baby get a needle stabbed into his arm. Nurse Jessica was the one to perform the blood draw and I'm confident to say she doesn't know how to draw blood. The nurse just moved the needle around in Lennons arm causing him to scream bloody murder. Yes i'm aware babies cry but, this baby wasn't crying when she inserted the needle. He only started to scream and cry when she was jamming the needle in his arm trying to find a vein. If all of this isn't enough, after the fact Jessica decide to say to Lavanna, and I quote "I just love poking babies". This is not okay in any way and really irritates me that this baby boy had to go through this. I think Nurse Jessica should be ashamed of herself and the whole office needs to look at it's employees a little further.
