While being here Lavanna had to watch her baby get a needle stabbed into his arm. Nurse Jessica was the one to perform the blood draw and I'm confident to say she doesn't know how to draw blood. The nurse just moved the needle around in Lennons arm causing him to scream bloody murder. Yes i'm aware babies cry but, this baby wasn't crying when she inserted the needle. He only started to scream and cry when she was jamming the needle in his arm trying to find a vein. If all of this isn't enough, after the fact Jessica decide to say to Lavanna, and I quote "I just love poking babies". This is not okay in any way and really irritates me that this baby boy had to go through this. I think Nurse Jessica should be ashamed of herself and the whole office needs to look at it's employees a little further.

I'm sitting in the waiting area for my annual checkup and I already see 3 people wearing face masks. Hopefully a vaccine is presented soon! You enter into his room to find there are more Glade plug ins, which make the environment almost nauseating. He did not seem to read the extensive information he required I fill out before hand, which was such a waist of time if he didn't bother looking through it. He then asked what aroma therapy I would like. He forgot my response and uses the wrong one. From there, I change and he got started on the massage. I received a lymphatic drainage massage to help get my lymph system moving and detox, but there was such a lack of understanding on how to execute it was disappointing. It was clear he was not well trained in this method and he missed several parts of my body altogether. I felt like time was going slowly, but after a while he shares that he has actually gone over our time. I had another appointment I had to run to, and at that point he abruptly stops - just an immediate end with no thoughtful flow or wrap up. He exits and I get changed, and then he takes close to 10 minutes to process my payment. He asks for my credit card and then directly asks me what gratuity I would like to leave. I was honestly prepared to leave 10%, but instead of that being private, I was forced to respond directly to him. I ended up providing and telling him 20% to avoid an awkward encounter, but leaving paying $190 for a terrible experience really upset me. I honestly wish I could have my money back. It was not at all worth the cost. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me. This therapist has a lot of improvement to make if he hopes to have return customers. I am hopeful this will help him adjust his practice, and also provide insight to others when making a decision to see him for a Lymphatic Massage.
