We had termite repair…read morework done that she insisted would be paid out of our closing costs she got us to sign a document allowing her to sign the closing paperwork on our home and never provided us with a copy because she never submitted the invoice for repairs that were completed that should have been paid out at closing. 8 months later the company is coming to us to collect and Kelli is ignoring my calls, emails and text messages. She refused to respond to the multiple invoices sent to her by the termite company and would not return their calls or emails. Kelli is a liar and a sneak she will do and say anything to get the commission money from you. We asked her multiple times to take our house off the market she gave excuse after excuse why we shouldn't. Don't get me started on the house we bought. An absolute NIGHTMARE working with her, she seems nice but don't be decieved. She even tried to get us to sign off on a structural engineer coming out without knowing how much it would cost. Lucky for us we didn't fall for that one.

She did this to just sell the house and get a commission. She is terrible at this and should not be allowed to get commission for the homeowner doing all the work.
