When we arrived he made us a cup of tea and sat down and explained what he was going to do. Although the session was only for half hour we didn't feel at all rushed and we were there for over an hour and nothing we asked was to much effort. The end results were amazing, he put the pictures onto his website and gave us a password so only we could see them. The only problem was that there were so many nich pictures we didn't know which two to pick so actually ended up buying a lot more.
