I know how to lose weight, but my hormones are diminishing and *that* is why calories in / calories out is not working. 'Move more, eat less' doesn't work after Perimenopause sets in. I don't need expensive med-spa machines to vibrate and contract my muscles for me, and I don't need Dieting 101 classes to tell me how to eat and exercise.
