It was wet when we left so I couldn't tell until we got home. It was almost a bowl cut, ugly and not remotely close to what I tried to show him. My blow out was done by a different hairdresser and poorly done. Not very smooth. Minimally better than what I could have done for myself at home. Made me stay past my allotted colour time and had to ask someone to rinse my hair out. Then sat down for over 20 mins with hair wet without her acknowledging me. When I finally said I had an appointment she said she would just be a few more minutes. After an hour had passed I've had enough. Hair soaking wet I paid and left. I will never go back and would rather travel 30 mins to my old salon. Sad because I heard many good things.
