Let me also say that I had never met her before. I was in town for one day and the stars aligned for us to meet. I needed my hair blown out and she just happened to have an opening when I needed it. When I arrived, Annie was incredibly gracious and friendly and took me back immediately. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early! The treatment itself was heavenly and it was clear that she really knows her stuff. She explained to me in great detail how to treat my type of hair (Wavy 2A) and what products I would benefit the most from using. All in all, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience at Hairscape. Annie's experience, professionalism, and business skills are far beyond what I was expecting and I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for that person who treats you more than just another client. Sometimes you meet someone that feels so familiar even though you've never met before and this was one of those times for me. I anticipate being back in town fairly regularly and I will always make time to come in for a service. If I could give Annie and her staff more than 5 stars, I would. Even though her staff were busy working with other clients, they all took the time to say hello and one staff member even explained some products to me when I was checking out. Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee.
