Had to stop back in and talked to them about doing the landscaping. She seemed very disinterested. She told me it would be two weeks out. Two weeks came and went and I heard nothing. Stopped back in on a Monday and she said it would be that Thursday or Friday. She never called or never showed up. I emailed her, asking what was going on and she said they were too busy and I should find someone else to do it. So, looks like they do no scheduling or communicating with their customers. Will never give them any business, moving forward. Very disappointing!

The landscaper removing the shrubs got the removal finished faster than we thought and wanted to go ahead with the planting. It was already 3:40 and they close at 4 on Saturday, but I called and asked Joan if we could come and get them. It was a very busy and exhausting day for them, especially since it was one of the first Saturdays with beautiful "work in the yard" weather. She and one of her employees stayed late so we could get them picked up and get the job finished. When we got there they had them pulled and ready to load on our trailor. Not many businesses will stay late and provide that level of service. It was much appreciated! Our new row of shrubs looks great and we highly recommend the crew at Green Horizons Garden Center!

Unfortunately, there were not enough available tickets for all three adults and him. I called out to the Caverns to explain the issue and ask if it would be okay. Matt, who answered the phone, said it would be no problem and to just go ahead and purchase the adult tickets. Upon arrival there was ample parking and it was a beautiful place. We headed into the gift shop and checked in for our tour and checked out all of their wares. Gracie led our tour of the caverns. She was so knowledgeable and just a sweet girl. The tour was a great way to spend part of the afternoon. Everyone in our tour group (ages 1-40+) really seemed to enjoy it! If you have some time to spare, you don't want to miss this family friendly, educational, tour.

He listened to my story, knew exactly who my grandmother was and where the funeral was happening, and he reassured me that they could come through for us.
