SCAMMER/DISCRIMINATION: I had my commercial truck towed to this shop, after being told by the owner…read moreBJ, the shop service commercial vehicles. After paying hundreds of dollars for the tow truck to deliver to the shop the owner BJ and his colleague informed me that he did not know how to repair the truck. BJ then tells me he has a friend he could call to repair the truck. He never called the friend and kept saying the friend was busy. He refused to give me the friend's info as promised, continuously lied about the status of the truck and parts, and eventually complained that I needed to stop hounding him because he doesn't have time to deal with it. After weeks of waiting I called a tow truck to remove my vehicle and BJ parked another vehicle in front of my truck and made up a bogus claim that I owed him money for storage fees and refused me my vehicle. To make matters worse, I call the police to assist me with the issue and they gave me a really hard time and sided with him without any legitimate reasons and advised him to go put a lien on the vehicle while I was there to retrieve it. He did not have any type of work order or contract( obviously because he couldn't repair it). There was never any mentioning of a storage fee prior to me trying to retrieve my truck. I would have reasoned and payed something, but BJ came up with an outrageous number. Unfortunately, there were signs I ignored in the beginning that showed I wasn't welcomed there, but I guess he knew he had plans to scam money from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOWN, SEEK HELP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I stopped by Shane's shop to get an estimate and discussed my predicament. Shane agreed to get me right in AND do his best to have me ready within a couple of days. My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know "may not happen" After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy. The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. The best was yet to come!
