Claimed the dry pad would extract the dirt and cleaning solution. Took a couple of days for the carpet and upholstery to dry. The process left the carpet and upholstery no cleaner looking. Afterwards we did our carpet with a Bissel Pro-pet home carpet cleaner to get our carpet and rugs clean.

Mr B's has huge (45 and 75 lb) washers, other economy front-loaders and enormous dryers. My three weeks of clothes cost less than $10 to wash, which is a big improvement. The employee was helpful and friendly at the facility was clean. The only thing more I could ask for is some free wifi to help me while away the (pretty short) time it took me to do my laundry. I will be going back and trying out their dry cleaning, and for enough compliments, I might even check out a tanning bed.

Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff, a great selection of affordable and effective machines, a relatively clean establishment, free wifi, good lighting, and good heating/cooling. The Sales staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful especially Austin and Rachel. I picked it up around the first of December and towed it to Florida where we live. There were some damages on this initial trip that were Coachman's manufacturing issues. Stellhorn was very helpful in supporting us. The Service staff are great and Kirk was extremely helpful and supportive in the challenges that were faced. Most of the issues were regarding the Manufacturing issues and Quality Control within Coachman which we are addressing with Coachman directly Also when we went to register the camper here in Florida, we found that Stellhorn had packaged all of the required documentation for the camper and we had a very smooth registration effort at the DMV.
