In fact the tenant that moved out of our unit prior to us moving in had all the same issues we are. He and I talked and shared the nightmare. There is no room in our apartment that we can go to and have no noise. Hanover Toscana is a lie. Luxury not even close. It's all a lie. Hide shopping carts that were left by a tennant who steals them from nearby markets and did not return. (Management would toss them in the trash containers vs stopping this lady's behavior).
