In fact the tenant that moved out of our unit prior to us moving in had all the same issues we are. He and I talked and shared the nightmare. There is no room in our apartment that we can go to and have no noise. Hanover Toscana is a lie. Luxury not even close. It's all a lie. Fisher Financial is the company that manages it, yup! They collect $338.00 per month per 200 and something units and do nothing! !! When I had scheduled showings I had to sweep the sorrounding of the building, pick up by hand all the garbage and cigarette butts scattered throughout property. Hide shopping carts that were left by a tennant who steals them from nearby markets and did not return. (Management would toss them in the trash containers vs stopping this lady's behavior). My dog developed a seizure-response to the trauma and unpredictable noises and structural failures. We both were on edge 24/7, and could never achieve quiet, peace, or safety.
