From the design of the spaces (which, there's multiple color schemes which is awesome!) to the materials they used, not a single detail was missed! We were loving the cozy fireplace when we walked in after breakfast on this snowy October morning, we still can't believe we call this beautiful place home! The amenities are going to be amazing as they finish up, and the gym is already great. There's even a movie theater you can reserve; which has been something we've been missing since the start of the pandemic! What really was the icing on the cake for us was the management and leasing staff. We had toured all over the Merrimack Valley for a new spot after leaving NYC due to COVID, and they seriously made our lives so easy. They're always available if we need something, and extremely nice... but in a genuine way.... not a used car salesman way ;)! We ran into so much of that while looking around. This was the first place that finally made it seem like they were helping us find our home, not just another number for their capacity percentages. They listened to what we wanted and matched us perfectly to our apartment, we couldn't have asked for a better, smoother, leasing and move in experience. The maintenance staff has also been great, any little request that we have, they're right there within the day to help us out. The property is spotless and crystal clean, too- I can't say enough positive things! If you're looking, I would for sure recommend taking a look at Hanover at Tuscan Village, there's seriously nothing else like it around!

You wont hear anything. Lie,lie lie. Now they deny the reality. Video, upon videos. Noise meter recordings. Multiple emails begging them to do something. We are getting minimal sleep. Our quiet enjoyment is gone. Upper management says you can leave early if you buy out your lease. Hell no. They lied and gaslit. I have proof they knew about the severe noise issues. In fact the tenant that moved out of our unit prior to us moving in had all the same issues we are. He and I talked and shared the nightmare. There is no room in our apartment that we can go to and have no noise. Hanover Toscana is a lie. Luxury not even close. It's all a lie. All my windows are closed, this is from my bedroom and then my living room.

While there is always room for improvement, they have been doing a great job for us over the past several years. We had another property management company prior to this, and the financials were in a terrible state and repairs took forever. In a community, there is always something to be repaired and complaints about service does happen. It is not an easy task to deal with so many personalities., but our property manager does this with grace and kindness. The property managers I have worked with from Great North have been very accommodating and very professional. What people might not realize is that the property manager works at the behest of the Board of Directors. The Board makes all the financial decisions for the community and works with the property manager in deciding the budget and what maintenance needs to be done. The community votes on the budget each year, and most communities have budget meetings at which the Board or property manager explains the expenses for the following year. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners and has a fiduciary responsibility to make sure the community has the funds to maintain the homes and property values, and to fund an adequate reserve account for the future. The property manager is part of this process.

We got a new property manager this past month and he seems pretty good so far. Chris Buckley was the worst. OH BTW, he was so bad, they promoted him. I hope our new trustees figure this out.

0 Stars, but had to give it 1…read more This place IS NOT worth half the money you pay to live here.. prime example of slapping lipstick on a pig and selling it as "luxury". DO NOT trust the "tour" reviews... they incentivize prospective residents to leave a review. This property is new but poorly maintained, and has the WORST leasing staff. When I moved into my apartment I was told it would be ready, moved in to pet fecal stains in multiple spots on the carpet (told me it was too late to have it replaced now, so they sprayed it with "enzyme" cleaner and suggested I move my bed over it). The countertop was not even attached to the island... just slides around. The fire alarm goes off weekly, most residents do not even evacuate its so frequent. Dog feces? Everywhere around the property... I was stepping in it so frequently I went and bought shoe covers. Noise? The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor humming. The leasing team, specifically Corey Hetlzer, are the biggest pains.. I should have known by her attitude on my original tour that this place would be an issue... everything you asked made it seem like she had to pull out her teeth to get you an answer. I could list every single issue I have had with them, but this review would turn into a book. In summary, the staff is just lazy, rude, unaccommodating, extremely unprofessional, and borderline retaliatory. IF YOU EVER WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE MOVED BACK IN WITH YOUR HELICOPTER PARENTS... LEASE HERE. I ended up requesting all communication be through email because they were so outrageous. I did file a complaint and spoke with the "Regional Manager" but do not think he could have cared less... he sounded like he just needed to check a box that he spoke to me regarding the issue.
