But it is not every lawyer who can make a dead case (like my elder's) come back to life. My elder is a successful foreign businessman who has lived in the United States for 18 years. He had tried various methods for applying for a green card; but for various reasons, he failed a lot. At the worst time, he was even requested by the US government for deportation.
