Anyways…read morejust started going here about a year ago every time I walk in and tell him what kind of car I have Who makes a comment on what you don't know what kind of oil you need, you don't know the filter!. I tell them it's my wife's car we have several cars I don't keep track. Then every time he seems to just make it more difficult to look up what kind of filter/oil I need. This time he literally looked up my license plate number lol even did not know the abbreviation for Indiana he thought it was IL, like seriously I just need oil change supplies. He was having difficulty looking up my license plate number because he did not know the initials for Indiana.I said hey why don't you just look up my previous purchases. No no no I'm gonna do it this way was pretty much what he said. Then when he finally asked me what are the initials for Indiana he then only told me once my sixorfive digit code for my oil filter like testing me! Because I assumed he'd get it for me but he never does. Then of course after I come back with the filter he then tells me what kind of oil to get and just tells me to choose whatever I like. Every other time they'll tell me if they have a deal or a sale or how you get this you get that. Definitely not this guy! Very next customer he got up and actually showed him where the park he needed was, yeah I love going here! Not. Oh yeah I forgot he also mentioned how illegal it was that I did not have a front license plate i'm just here for oil supplies man!

Extremely extremely rude has no idea how to deal with people and makes the company look very bad. I believe wording is everything and she could have made her point without being so belittling and rude.
