I had an issue with my HSA account that I had on file with their office. Due to the to new year and…read moremy deductiable resetting the HSA account got quickly maxed out. Willamette Sky took it upon themselves to start canceling my appointments with counselor before I could get the issue resolved. When I found out I called them to resolve the issue and gave me them my debit card. The admin person said everything was okay. I show up to my next scheduled appointment to find the accountant had cancelled all my appointments. That day ended up costing a lot more than the hours of work lost. Seems like the priory is money over therapy here so I recommend seeking Therapy somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually liked the counselor.
