The Geek Squad completely messed it up. Took the truck back to Geek Squad a second time for them to resolve and just crap. I had to get a real audio installer, so I looked around and found Elite Audio in Spartanburg. I live in Anderson, so it was a bit of a drive and a gamble. I must say it was worth the drive and investment. They reinstalled my new head unit and fixed all the bad wiring, programmed everything correctly and I had them do a complete upgrade of the speakers, added an amp and a custom sub-woofer box with 2 10" woofers as well as sound dead mat. I used all the Memphis Audio equipment. They were amazing to deal with and the results are just what I was looking for. This system is the complete audio sound, and it hits hard. My Tundra is complete. We are taking my daughter Toyota over after the holidays to have them do her car as well. I highly recommend them 100%

Needed an amp install, and wires run from it to speakers. They said they would, but did not use the…read morewires I supplied and only connected to the default OEM speaker wires. But it gets worse. Now my air bag light is on, and I seriously doubt it is a coincidence as that commonly occurs when removing car seats and putting them back back improperly. Now I have to pay for getting that diagnosed and fixed. I'm taking bets - will they pay the bill when I get it diagnosed? My money is on not. Other details: I gave them a whole amp wiring kit - they didn't put the amp in the back of the car, but only under the driver's seat. The rest of the wiring they kept; they didn't give it back to me. They attached the 150 amp fuse with just one screw drilled into the fuse box cover in the engine bay. I'll attach some photos here tomorrow if I remember and I'm still able to edit the review.

No one was wearing masks, distancing, etc., doesnt seem considerate to customers. 2. The young kid at front needs a lot more training before being responsible for thousands in purchases. Initial impression was that it was obvious he doesn't know much and it showed consistantly, especially after expecting one price and because he doesnt know alot, he made a mistake and I ended up paying more than anticipated. The only reason I went with Roger's in the first place is because Dave (I think thats his name,Black man with locs) was there to usher me through the initial selection process and I trusted his confidence and expertise and figured the young guy couldnt mess up, with more experienced people helping him. Otherwise I would've left immediately. Aside from that, there are alot of experienced folks there and they do good work.
