On 11/21/23 we had our first rain since the install and the roof leaked horribly. I notified Isaac (the owner) on the same day and was promised they would be out to fix it that week before the insulation was ruined that I paid them so much for. Needless to say, they never showed and continually lied to me about coming to repair their shoddy work for over 3 weeks. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. Now, the entire roof and building will have to be redone because the leaks have ruined all the insulation, on my dime. Worst company ever.
