The price tag was extremely reasonable, and competitive, and the process took about 4 hours. No water hoses had to be dragged into the house, propping open the front door for the 6 to 8 hours it seems to take to clean townhomes this size. At the end of the day, because he uses so much less water in his approach to this task, drying took only one hour. One hour! His way means that there is no residual water under the carpets that will take a day or so to dry completely - that's based on our own prior experiences with wet cleaning. And the carpet looks the way it did when we first moved into the home almost 4 years ago.
