The morning after my scheduled cleaning I noticed that my card was never charged as I never received an emailed receipt so I called them. Bobby who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated that my card did not go through so they did not do the cleaning. When I asked why they did not call me the day of to let me know or get a new card number rather than canceling my appointment with no heads up he stated "I was busy I do have other customers you know." No apology; did not offer to schedule another cleaning with a different card until I mentioned it. It was like he did not want any business. if I wasn't required by my leasing company to use them for carpet cleaning I would have taken my business elsewhere.
