Chair was here within the hour and my daughter was able to enjoy her trip even though still unable to get in water she got to go out on the beach thank u north strand particularly Mrs. Mcshane. I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.

It was the first time me and my kids ever went on a jet ski and they're 16 so they got to drive their own. They have licenses. We took the one hour package. Did you monitor your time and come out to get you close to your time? We were pretty surprised about that. But it was a great time overall I can't wait to go back. We were there on vacation so it'll be next year.
