One of their biggest sales events is when you pay $20 and you can fill a brown paper bag with as many comics as can fit. When I lived in Wilmington, this was my go to place. I didn't know anyone and Fanboy Comics helped me feel at home. If you have children or are young at heart, you'll love free comic book day at this location. Just make sure you get there early. Its a full morning of events that lead up to the opening of the store. This was my yearly ritual up until I moved away and sometimes I still think about driving down to participate. He then decides to ring up the person behind me while I'm still waiting. Guy behind me spends $40 some bucks on comics and the cashier can't be bothered to put the phone down and even speak to him! Guy finally gets off the phone and tells me that all my comics are stuff he'd see in a dollar bin & if I can get 5 cents a piece for them take it. Wow what a waste of my time!
