She was beyond sweet and went above and beyond. What impressed me even more was that Alex remembered my pups after 10 months! That personal touch made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility is always clean, and I love the giant viewing window where you can watch the dogs playing in the pool. The live cameras are fantastic too. I was able to check on my dogs anytime while they were boarding, even from states away. The staff keep the place clean and treat Whiskey very well. They have been accommodating and helpful when booking his stay. My daughter always gets him the deluxe stay package and is pleased with the attention and care he receives. She also likes the pup dates because that gives her peace of mind when we are away that he's being well cared for. The staff is so friendly and courteous that they wanted to keep Whiskey. Had been going to Northeast Animal Clinic for over a year with two cats. I called to schedule an…read moreappointment to get one of my cats his yearly rabies shot. After arriving at the clinic, I was told they do not just do shots, he would also have to get a physical. I was upset that they waited until I drove all the way there to tell me this. I clearly told them on the phone I was taking my cat in for a rabies shot. Feel like this clinic will try and bully you into paying more. No apologies and could seem to care less if they lose your business. Will definately be taking my cats somewhere else!!
