At first, we assumed it was a roof leak, but after a thorough inspection, they discovered the real issue was a corroded water pipe upstairs. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They cut into the upstairs wall to locate the leak, removed the damaged pipes, and installed new PEX water lines with high-pressure fittings. Two separate leaks were repaired. They also cut out and replaced the damaged ceiling and walls downstairs, furred out areas to create a flush finish over the old plaster, and reinforced damaged studs and floor joists. All drywall work was completed with finishing and painting included. They even took care of debris removal and sealed a minor leak on the roof for good measure. The entire project came to $8,280. Given the scope and quality of the work, I felt the pricing was fair and well worth it. Premier House Care made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and the end result was top-quality. Jack and the crew were courteous and neat, not only in the way they were dressed but also the job they did. They did not play any music, which is a plus for me. I hate it when repairmen come to fix something outside at peoples houses and they blast their music for the whole neighborhood to hear. They removed and replaced a piece of plywood on the roof that was rotten in a spot. They installed new rubber boots around the vent pipe and painted my furnace and hot water heater pipes that are on my roof (nice touch I thought). The crew kept everything neat, no old shingles laying all over the ground, they placed them all in a trailer. They picked up nicely behind themselves and were careful with the old tacks so that they didn't get them all over my yard. When the job was completed they ran a magnet around my house to pick up any stray tacks that might have fallen on the ground. We noticed about 6 months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. It's been leaking for some time so my husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called the owner Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd Brian came out to investigate the roof, and ceiling. First thing he told my husband he didn't put this roof on because there were two different types of shingles. We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. My husband texted and called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian many times from Dec 2022 thru April 12, 2023. He never responded back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we initially didn't get what our insurance company paid for. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on!
