Working with her throughout the process was so comforting. She was quick to answer the phone and happy to help us through anything. She and her staff were so kind to us and she made sure everything went smoothly, from helping us with plates/cups to coordinating with the venue coordinator to making sure we were served first on our wedding night after all the chaos. We couldn't recommend Amanda's catering enough! Groom review: Amanda is absolutely awesome! From the very beginning she was super easy to work with; she was always available to hop on the phone and answer questions, she was not bothered by menu changes which involved redoing quotes, and her food was out of this world. Not to mention that she is incredibly kind! She made sure we ate first and that everything was going the way we needed it to. Her staff is also amazingly kind! If in doubt; go with Amanda. She really won't let you down and will actually make things easier for you! Thank you Amanda :)

We requested a full vegan menu with 4 courses and passed appetizers during cocktail hour for 30 people. And wow did they deliver! I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved her communication, cheerfulness, and genuine love for what she does. Their serving staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of urgency when they were asked for anything. They were engaged in what they were doing and they seemed happy to be serving us. There isn't a thing I would change about the way Chef Michael's Catering handled our wedding reception. They truly contributed a large part to the happiest night of our lives and I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to work with them.

Easily the worst "tex mex" place we've been. Actually, this is probably the worst place we've been,…read moreperiod. 2 stars is GENEROUS. As we were sitting outside waiting for our table, there were people walking out with complaints. We should've listened but alas, we decided to give this place a try. The only thing that really saved our experience was our server and the decor. She was really nice and helpful when issues arose. Two people at my table had an issue with the margaritas being way too sweet and she fixed it right away and said it wouldn't be a charge if they still didn't like it after they fixed it. The chips were stale, I'm almost 100% convinced that they come from one of those tex max chip bags from Walmart. When we get to ordering, I make sure to use the awesome option they have where you can "donate your sides" and turn them into meals for those in need. I was disappointed to see that when my meal was brought out, both of the sides were still there and our server had to check to see if it was still counted for the donation which makes me super skeptical that the program is even real in the first place...no one liked the food, the rice tastes like it's microwaved, the mexican rice tasted like a can on spaghetti o's, the refried beans tasted like canned slop, my chimichanga was soggy, the shrimp was definitely defrosted from the bag and cooked, and the salsa was bland at best. I wish Kitchen Nightmares was still airing, this place would probably be on an episode. Gordan Ramsay would have an absolute field day with this place. Believe it or not, I'm not one to be disappointed with food so easily but this place really takes the cake...you're better off going to the "fancy Mcdonald's" across the street. I'm just so shocked that I really found a place that I absolutely didn't like by any means.

The person who ordered that dish was disappointed to say the least. Recommend trying it, but probably steer clear of the nachos.
