We requested a full vegan menu with 4 courses and passed appetizers during cocktail hour for 30 people. And wow did they deliver! I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved her communication, cheerfulness, and genuine love for what she does. Their serving staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of urgency when they were asked for anything. They were engaged in what they were doing and they seemed happy to be serving us. There isn't a thing I would change about the way Chef Michael's Catering handled our wedding reception. They truly contributed a large part to the happiest night of our lives and I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to work with them.

Their salad was a fresh mixed green (primarily spinach and arugula?) with a balsamic dressing option and some shredded parmesan cheese. The entree was a prosciutto and cheese stuffed pork tenderloin (they did have a stuffed bell pepper vegetarian option). I really enjoyed - it was moist, flavorful, and deliciously seasoned.
