I wanted a spoon rest that was shown on their website but it was not available in the store. I had them order it for me and shipped to their store. When I picked up the item from their store I was charged a "shipping, special handling " fee of $8.95. That doesn't feel like good customer service to me. I won't be back. read more

Caroline and Company is great! I could spend hours browsing this store and never get bored. I want one of everything in this place! The guys who reviewed this awesome little shop before me are smart men and they are right. You can walk into this place and literally pick out anything if you are in need of a gift for the females in your life and the result will be one very happy lady. It's got everything the fairer sex likes. And most of it is locally made! Jewelry, bath products, hand painted kitchen accessories, beautiful wall art (I'm particularly fond of the beach themed art-the oyster with the pearl pieces are just beautiful as well as the hand painted crab), pretty stationary and scarves/umbrellas/glassware galore. They also carry lovely designer brands such as Vera Bradley bags, wallets and makeup pouches, Kate Spade phone accessories and Lily Pulitzer office products. I know most men haven't a clue who these people are but trust me, your significant other does. They carry some wonderful candles and body lotions, too. Browse around and pick a scent that you like. Chances are your lady will like it too, especially if it's something you chose with her in mind. I'm already thinking of what I'm going to get on my next trip. Happy shopping! read more

While checking out Yelp recommendations on places for an anniversary gift for my wife, Caroline & Co. was recommended. That same day a Caroline & Co. flyer with $10 gift certificate came in the mail. So...listen to the universe and it was a "no brainer" to check them out. Glad I did. The girls there are super helpful. Within minutes she'd shown me a set of beautiful wine glasses that my wife will love and a gift card for her to come back with. They also gift wrapped really nicely and I was done with my sworn husbandly duty in under 15 minutes .... read more
