As a college student I can't get my hair maintenanced very often, so during consults she that factors in and informs me of how certain colors will fade and dyes it in a way that it will continue looking great even 5-6 months out from coloring. She can literally do any coloring and has yet to let me down (she also prioritizes hair health and won't fry your hair to get a result certain result in one session though). Not only did She not do it, she did not explain that on my hair it was not possible in one session (as per her opinion) she never advised how many sessions it would take. The cut was shorter than I asked and I feel ripped off with her fee. I reached out to relay my feedback and she showed no interest in helping for finding a solution for a unhappy client.This was extremely disappointing considering I spend $300 for this service in which made me feel that I wasn't worth her time. Was eager to get my hair done with this lady after seeing a few reviews and pictures of her work and i did but unfortunately came out very unhappy and unsatisfied. I sent her a picture of what i wanted and she assured me it can be done. Well let me tell you that i ended up with the worst, most damaged hair ever. I asked for a blonde balayage and got a YELLOW mess. I have dark patches of hair on some areas which look ridiculously unflattering. Not only that but she left it on for too long and my hair is absolutely damaged and worse than ever. I want to get this mess fixed but will wait for my hair to rest a bit before putting any more stress on it. Of course i contacted the stylist asap and even sent her pictures of my hair and how bad it was. And her response was to blame my hair for the outcome and gave me the option to go back to get it re-done somehow. Of course i refused and kindly asked to get a portion refunded since i have to get this fixed elsewhere and she said she will give me a call to "talk about it". Well here i am days later, still waiting to hear back....also the experience in the salon was not as expected and very unprofessional but that's not the point here. I was expecting a decent job on my hair regardless of the experience but got a mess! If you love your hair, don't bother with this lady. OR make sure she is dedicated to your hair ONLY. Because clearly she books appointments at the same time causing distractions and leaving chemicals in your hair for too long and causing damage...spent hundreds with this woman for the terrible job and refuses to refund some money back.
