Flowers might have been good but they sure don't listen to you. They can't keep the deceased name and your name separate . Even when you have them read it back to you it still gets passed on wrong. Kind of embarassing. read more

One of their vans almost T-boned me when I was about to go from a stop sign in the Winn-Dixie parking lot on Singleton and Dairy. This guy comes through several parking spaces faster than anyone should be driving in a parking lot. Had I not checked again last second he would have hit me pulling out and he would've been 100% liable. I have it on dashcam. Guy also said he used to be a cop when I had words with him like it gives him the right to break the law by cutting through the whole parking lot. Asked if I was the parking police. The process was more difficult than usual because the priest who was saying the mass at St. Teresa's is allergic to ALL flowers except roses and carnations! Carousel Florist fulfilled an order I placed online. When I saw the flowers they delivered to my friend, I was so embarrassed by the bouquet and the card. The bouquet was scraggly and looked nothing like the online picture. The card had multiple grammatical errors which they tried to argue was how it appeared online. Fortunately I had pictures to show that was not the case. I will never use Carousel florist nor order flowers online that use Carousel florist again. read more

After 15 years in Titusville tried numerous florists who all left us disappointed. Carousel delivered an amazingly beautiful arrangement. Roses and some kind of Lilly that doesn't smell bad mixed with purple and blues. Every day more flowers reach full bloom so it looks even better every day! Do not do business with Carousel florist. Not only do they not keep their delivery commitments, their staff is unprofessional and rude. It's sad because their florist does great work. We've had challenges with orders in the past not arriving on time, but as a small business I've let it slide. This time it was Easter Sunday. When I called to inquire why at ten a.m. the following day still no flowers and chocolate had been delivered to my mom the conversation was pretty. No apology just an accusation that I shouldn't have placed the order online without double checking if they were closing for the holiday weekend. Perhaps, but the website not only said they were open, their ordering system noted as long as I placed my order before 11:30am they guaranteed same day delivery. Not only did he continue to be rude he was unwilling to commit to a new delivery time today and told me I was wasting his time. I get when people are having a bad day, but that man has no business speaking customers that way; it's not ok. read more

My Kiwanis Club of Titusville was running a charity event Oct. 1. A portion of the fundraiser was a "balloon pop" where guests would purchase a balloon and once popped, a ticket inside was revealed and that ticket was matched with a prize. Within hours of the event, it was discovered our helium tank donor was unable to provide the tank. We called around to local businesses for help even offering to pay for the service. After being rejected by many, and discovering many were closed on Saturday, Carousel Florist not only answered their phone, but was courteous and offered the use of their helium tanks at no cost but as a donation. If not for Carousel Florist, our event would not have been a success. They are a local business involved in and recognizing the needs of their community. I decided not to order flowers for my dads funeral over the phone or online through Teleflora because I did not want any mistakes. So, I visited the Titusville Carousel Florist. I provided a detailed explanation of the design along with framed military photo of my dad. They showed me the same Teleflora examples of how everything would look. It was supposed to be a Sacred Duty Spray and an Always With Us patriotic arrangement that is designed to hold the picture I provided. I gave them the picture to place in the small arrangement. The day of delivery I called their shop and confirmed everything. Later in the day, I called the funeral home and they said a spray arrangement was delivered but nothing else. I asked what it looked like and was shocked when they told me the spray had my dads picture in it and there was nothing else delivered. Upset, I called the Florist at 345pm on that Friday. A recording said they were closed for the day (no messaging system or out of hours contact was given). As I had only a short amount of time to go to his memorial service that afternoon, I could not drive to the shop to see if anyone was there. When I arrived at the funeral home, the spray had the picture wired into the middle of it and the small arrangement did not have the picture in it. I was shocked they messed it up. In fact, the funeral home was not happy because they said whomever delivered the small arrangement set it on top of my dads casket over the American Flag !!!....... I tried to remove the picture wired to the spray arrangement, but it was attached in a way that if you removed the picture you had a large area that would have no flowers. So I left it all like it was. The spray looked unorganized compared to the Teleflora book and as I paid for higher quality, did not feel it looked any different than the basic quality. I don't recommend this flower shop for any detailed floral arrangements. Their attention to detail is lacking. I am giving two stars instead of one because even though I paid for better and the picture was placed on the wrong arrangement, when I visited the florist they staff was nice and in the end, the flowers looked acceptable. read more

I was very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail that was given to the order. The card had numerous misspellings. I understand they may be busy, but they should put in the time to ensure each order receives the required attention to make someone's day. When someone orders flowers they want to have it perfect for that person and to have spelling mistakes on the card shows lack of interest. The person either didn't read the card when they printed it. Or read the card and didn't care that there were clearly mistakes on it. The mistakes were such that made the card not make sense therefore if anyone had read it they would of picked up on it. So very disappointed in the experience I had with this location. I picked up items for a friend for a wedding. 3 long stem white roses with a strand of ribbon each and two bags of rose petals came to over $40 dollars which I thought was ridiculous. When I first walked in I was greeted nicely by a gentleman but the woman who rang up the sale was less than warm, never said good morning or engaged in any type of greeting. I noticed immediately the rose petals not looking fresh and should have said something as I certainly am not shy about making things right. I had to ask for a bag for my items she never even offered one. The rose petals had already starting discoloring and turning yellow on the edges and party standing around me at rhe wedding venue when i was placing them in a basket noticed it immediately and when i told them the total for the petals and the 3 roses they thought it was laughable they couldn't believe it. As it turned out only one bag of petals was needed. I called and asked if I could return the second bag and was told no because they cannot be used elsewhere due to being fresh HA! I let it go because it was a friends wedding and she did not need to know anything about the experience but I will never use this florist for my orders ever.
