I was charged over $90 for two bouquets that were obviously just bought at Publix and wrapped in tissue. Six hours after the purchase, the petals were falling off the flowers. My daughter and granddaughters live in Orlando and I was really looking to establish with a good Flores but this is definitely not the one. I should've known when the day before the pick up. I ignored numerous red flags because we had a friend who used this shop for their wedding and had a good experience, however ours was far from good. To make a long horrific story short, the red flags included: WEEKS of delay in receving the intial proposal that was met with numerous excuses and reassurance everything was booked for our wedding (spolier: it never was), at one point the excuse was ownership changed so Kathy took her notes home, She called to verify some of our floral info which was pretty straightforward, She ignored the email of inspo pics, Kathy moved communication from the store's email to her personal email, the order was not a formal contract and never signed by either party even when I requested a signed copy (my lesson - should have pulled the plug here), a Square payment link that had a different business name attached, horrible spotty communication throughout all of this - I would have to email, call the store, and text Kathy numerous times for a response, once payment was made there was radio silence. Our wedding was 12 days away and we had not received any confirmation of our florals being ordered/prepared, my cooridnator was not able to get a response at all. Finally my MIL called the store and pressed for an answer (after they hung up on her and she called back) and they informed us the store had NO RECORD of my wedding, of our order, OR THE PAYMENT. The casually said maybe Kathy was doing the order on her own (not through the shop) which was never communicated to us and would not be allowed by our venue. We then sent an email requesting full refund given the order was never placed, no contract, etc and like MAGIC after 2 weeks of no answer - Kathy texted within 15 minutes. After some back and forth we were able to get a refund, which was the ONLY good part of this horrible experience that almost left us with no flowers for our wedding.

They have even remembered the type of arrangements I like to get for my grandmother and the ones that my mother likes, one with all the colors the other is more monochromatic. The flowers are always beautiful and they last me a long time as well. Met my fiancé in this shop and now he gets me flowers from here also. I once received the most stunning blue roses and I still have them months later, as they dried beautifully. I love flowers, I often pop in or call for a random arrangement mid week and they have it ready for me quickly. I could've done that myself and his own website said his prices were lower. I ordered $1000 worth of flowers and when I saw them at the viewing, they were small arrangements made by inexpensive flowers (ex. carnations and daisies). The flowers sent from another shop by friends looked better than the ones sent by family. They looked okay but I can't believe I paid over $100 for each one! He also said he would give us a free arrangement but he didn't. I don't know if it's just a Florida thing to pay so much for flowers but I seriously would try to find another place if you're trying to plan for a funeral. As for his other stuff, reg flower bouquets are nice but he's still a rip-off. I bought a cute little bouquet for my aunt to cheer her up and it cost me $50 when I told him my budget was $30.
