I was delivered flowers at work ( who doesn't love that?!) , they were very pretty pink tulips , barely open which is nice, hopefully they'll open at home and last awhile. The vase was very basic clear glass. Originally I was very happy with the delivery, but when the man who sent them saw what I received he was mad . Apparently he specifically asked for a compact arrangement, with gerbera daisies included ( my fav), the tulips were pretty opposite of his request. The only thing I am angry at is the fact that I personally tipped the delivery person five bucks only to learn the sender already included a ten dollar tip and asked no tip be accepted from me ( I tip everyone) . So they made fifteen dollars extra for something the sender didn't intend . He'll be using a different florist next time ‍. Update: changing my three stars to one; These tulips lasted four days, Four days !! The petals just fell off ‍ . I've been delivered a lot of flowers in my time and these tulips showed signs of being frozen , it was odd. read more

Great customer service and beautiful flowers! I used carousel to send flowers to a friend after she got out of the hospital which was the Saturday before Valentine's Day. I was concerned about getting something because I called last minute on Friday for delivery the next day. I spoke with the owner and she was extremely professional and accommodating in getting the flowers there when I wanted them delivered. She suggested non-valentine themed flowers. My friend loved the the colors and the bouquet in general. I would highly recommend using this florist. read more

I ordered what I hoped would be a beautiful and elaborate arrangement of flowers. I told the woman on the phone that I wanted to spend around $100 on the flowers and that I would like a few daisies included since they are my aunt's favorite flowers. It just so happens that I was able to visit my aunt the day the flowers were delivered and I was shocked and disappointed when I saw the arrangement. The flowers were arranged in a small square vase and was not more than 12" high. It contained a few tiny sprayed roses, a few little yellow and white daisies and some tulips. The arrangement looked as though it cost approximately $40-50. I later called the florist to see if there had been some miscommunication regarding the arrangement. The woman on the phone gave me a breakdown of the cost of each flower with no apologies. To sum this up, I could have spent a great deal less at teleflora and been much happier. For $120, I expected a beautiful arrangement, not a cheap lackluster piece. Buyer beware -- I recommend going to the store to see what you'll actually be receiving for your money. read more

My husband found Carousel of Flowers back when we were dating and he would send me flowers at work. They were so incredible we decided to use them for our wedding! I went down and met with Jillian and we went over what would fit well with our ceremony and reception and got everything all figured out in one quick meeting. After that, we changed our venue to be from a venue, to our home. When I reached out to Jillian to let her know about the changes and a change in the order of the flowers she was very understanding and accommodating . When the day of the wedding came she arrived with the delivery right on schedule and was super helpful! The bouquet and the other flowers we got were absolutely breathtaking! Five stars for a florist that takes the time to literally walk through all of her in stock flowers over the phone the day after Valentine's Day, all just to help me with my arrangement choice. Called for an arrangement for a infant child of a friend's passing...so in a situation like this,. which is heart wrenching enough, it was so special of Laurie to offer up suggestions and didn't seem rushed neither. Laurie messaged a photo of the arrangement after she was done.... which was very pretty. Then contacts me again to advise that Jillian, the owner had come in and decided to redo the arrangement and even added additional foliage in; to add their touch. I would have loved to upload the photo as a true representation as to what the final product was, but unfortunately the photo never arrived on my Iphone (?). It was sent but somehow lost in transmission. Oh well.... Either way, five stars on the delivery of their brand and professionalism. Thanks! We were having a slightly difficult time finding a florist for our wedding--florists being not being accommodating or seem too busy to be bothered with our needs--Jillian/carousel of flowers was the exact opposite of all the negatives we experienced. Awesome from the get go! She made our wants and needs happen. She was flexible and seemed very passionate to ensure the best quality work was to happen. Jill was AMAZING to work with!! She understood my vision in the first few minutes of speaking with her and had great recommendations for which flowers would look best. My wedding was this past weekend and the flowers were absolutely breathtaking! We had so many compliments on our centerpieces (Jill was kind enough to use wine boxes that I found and made our centerpieces in them). I don't know what anyone else is talking about in their reviews. Jillian was an absolute nightmare as soon as I walked in the door. Her attitude that "I only do weddings" was atrocious. Did not want to work with me on any of my ideas for my upcoming wedding. Said my ideas were dated and my wedding was a hot mess. Who does that to a bride? Give the bride what she wants and stop trying to sell her something she doesn't. Horrible, evil lady. I am making sure that everyone I know in town and around the internet knows how nasty she is. read more

I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the arrangement I got, but take my word for it, it was beautiful. I called Carousel of Flowers about 5-10 minutes before I needed an arrangement. The owner explained that she was just getting back to the store from an event and as soon as she got in she would make my arrangement. All I had to say was that it was a gift for a couple that was hosting a dinner for me, and I wanted the compact look without too much filler. She knew exactly what i meant. When I got to the store she was in the back making the arrangement and brought it out promptly. It was only $50 which is a great deal considering the beauty of the arrangement. I just received a beautiful arrangement from Carousel Flowers, it was so pretty I had to write a review! I love white hydrangeas and somehow other florists have butchered hydrangea arrangements with lillies and red roses. The flowers I received were a beautiful mix of light pink roses with spray roses and the white hydrangea. I couldn't be more pleased! read more

I wish there was a way to attach a photo to this review. Fortunately my aunt, the recipient of this "tulip" bouquet let me know that they were not fresh. That was certainly an understatement. The entire bouquet was completely wilted, the petals of the tulips were withered with brown spots, the water in the vase was cloudy. What's worse is when I called and spoke with the owner Jill, she told me "that's how they came from the supplier". She went on to say that they were a beautiful eggplant color and they just needed some water. She further said that she would keep them and in a day or so when they were beautiful, she'd send me a photo to prove it to me! Bottom-line: Do not use this florist unless you want expensive dying flowers, a business owner with a complete lack of understanding regarding customer service who demonstrated true indifference to customer satisfaction. read more

Jillian is AMAZING. She's doing all of the flowers and centerpieces for my upcoming wedding and I could not be happier with her ideas and professionalism to this point. My mother and I first visited her and were ALL over the place with ideas and what we thought we wanted... Jillian was amazingly patient and wasn't afraid to insert her professional opinion to tell us what would and would NOT work (in a very kind manner). She helped us pick out the best flowers to match the theme of our wedding and the dresses of the bridal party, parents, etc. She even came up with some creative ideas that my mother and I LOVED and are SO excited for. And after ALL the planning for centerpieces for 16 tables (for 150 people) and ceremony decorations, the cake table, the escort card table, and all the bouquets and boutonnieres, the price was shockingly low! We immediately stopped looking for other florists and booked her for the wedding. I am positive I will be writing another fabulous review for her after my wedding at the end of September.
