This is the second time I've had this company clean my carpet. Josh and Mark are awesome! They walk through before they start, asking questions about specific spots and provide an estimate. Once they get started, they carefully move all furniture as they go, moving it back when they're done. Our experience with carpet cleanse was great. They sent a tech named Josh. He was friendly and explained everything to me. There were two spots he could not get out, and he pointed those out to me, but other than that our carpets look great. With kids and a dog they needed it.
