He was a very poor customer service representative. I called when I received my bill in the mail and was surprised that it was more than the cost that I was told. The owner proceeded to get on the phone and then tell me he was sitting there when Mike told me the cost.... well apparently in another world because I know for a fact that I was not told and would have no reason to call and question if I was properly informed. He defended his worker instead of apologizing and taking account that the worker needs additional training. Also, when the installer came he was upset over a prior job and definitely took it out on my job - I have seam that you can really see in the bedroom. I would definitely not recommend dealing with fashion floor.
