Matthew and his team arrived at my parents house in rural Susquehanna County. The house was in desperate need of a deep clean because my parents are elderly and unable to care for their house on their own at this point. The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape. read more

Not overly impressed with the results. Nice guy and he did work for a long time on a very dirty carpet. One area had a heavy stain and others were dirty from heavy use walking areas. I thought that a steam type professional machine would be used, but he tried to clean these carpets with what appeared to be a hardware store rental machine. While I knew the heavy stain would be difficult, I thought the dirty tracking areas would have come out cleaner. The finished result was not much better than when we started. We were cleaning the carpet on an empty house to ready it for sale. You can clearly see where the tracking dirt is still there. I'm not sure whether an actual steam cleaner would work better, but I am likely going to pay another company to redo the carpet. I will verify the type of equipment they are using before I hire them and make sure they are using a more powerful professional grade steam cleaner. read more

They were just AMAZING! I was nervous about service since the house was out of control due to some medical issues. They NEVER made me feel bad about anything, in fact they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable while they worked! Their service was very detailed, and I could see the amount of effort and pride they put in their work. They stayed until everything was done, and even though I think they did more than they expected to from the quote they stayed true to their word and charged me the amount agreed upon before starting! Can I give 10 stars? My father's home is very old and was in need of a deep cleaning. Matthew and his team were so thorough and so professional, my dad's house now gleams. It's really very amazing - they put in extra time and a lot of hard work to get it freshened up from top to bottom. Easy to reach and they bring their own supplies.
