We have 6 steps that were laid unevenly so they are broken and cracked. It happened almost immediately so yes, they did come out and replace the broken steps initially. A few months later, it happened again. And again. They came out, I believe twice, to replace until, "oops" your warranty is no longer valid. So now, we just have these effed up cracked steps. The rest of the house is great. Just use caution because I don't think the installers they used know how to account for any irregularities. For reference- my husband is 5'11 and 190lb and my son is 6'2 and 185lbs. I am 5'7 and 145lbs. We are not overweight or extremely heavy people. We also do not have pets.

After finally landing on a wood floor color, the process was quick. We relocated most of the house into the garage and scheduled the work. The crew was polite and efficient and took only four days (4!!!!) to remove all of the tiles, skim-coat the slab to make it level, and lay the new floor and baseboards.
