We bought a propane stove from this company in 2016 and it had some recall issues. We have to say that Les/Tony were responsive to try to support the Regency Stove company's recall protocols - but after that - we can't get them to even return a phone call, much less work with us to schedule and annual maintenance call for the stove we bought from them. They still maintain a storefront but not sure how they're still in business without ANY customer service. We have been forced to go to Cheyenne for our annual maintenance needs - so sad, as we try to stay local for service requirements. Caveat: if you're looking for Customer Service - GO ELSEWHERE! they won't even return phone calls!
