Goodman screens gave and excellent bid and when I needed larger gutters installed the price increase was very reasonable. The Rescreening was something I did not expect. Later when I contacted their office, I was I formed that they do not do leveling. It cost me $1,000 to have contractor to do the leveling. Then PSL Flooring charged me an additional $1600 to complete the job.

For those that have never parked an actual vehicle in their garage, you'll understand. I met Chris at CJ Epoxy through a friend. Kristin had installed an epoxy floor in her garage and I was impressed with the result. I decided to pull the trigger. Time to clean out the garage. 20 minutes early for his next day appointment, Chris measured my garage and offered a number of service and color options. Switching from the previous grey color, I went with a brown and beige to match my house color. The service appointment was scheduled four days out. If the initial appointment was any indication of future service, I should have had my garage cleaned out earlier on game day. Chris and his crew were almost 30 minutes early and had to help with the final few items. Mainly the refrigerator and several large tool box type cabinets. Over the course of two days, CJ Epoxy stripped my floor to the concrete, etched them, filled the cracks and turned a mess into something so much nicer. Even the epoxy "baseboard" complimented the new floor. So much so that I might never park a vehicle in the garage again. I can always turn my garage into a playroom for the kids and a workshop - I wish - for myself. This is a WARNING you should heed: "Save yourself money,…read moretime and aggravation by avoid doing business with Sir Grout". We had some sealing issues and called Sir Grout to look at it. After inspecting it, a rep from Sir Grout said our previous sealing company used the "wrong material" and that he (SG) used the BEST sealing material. So, we hired SG to do two jobs; a kitchen island counter top and a pool deck. We weren't looking for a perfect job, we just wanted a good one...we did not get it! After SG finished the job, we were left with an UNCHANGED counter top and a pool deck that was worse! The pool deck was stained in many areas, water absorption in several areas and dangerous slippery areas. When we complained, SG did come back and attempted to correct these issues...they did not. They now, tried to blame the for the stain and the troubled areas. They said that the "minerals and the character of natural stone" created these issues...yet we didn't have these issues before they performed the work. Their rep had the gall to say that we had "unrealistic expectations"! Expecting good results is "unrealistic expectations"??!! When their rep left he said that he would have "corporate" call us. Weeks later, we had to contact them. In the interim, we had another company look at the work performed by Sir Grout. They stated unequivocally the application performed by Sir Grout had caused our issues. When SG did respond by email, it was very disappointing. The response was dismissive of us, the other company who inspected their work and of the outcome of their work. He (the SG corporate guy) his company did a good job, without ever having seen what was done. I sent an email telling him that he were here looking at the job done, he would absolutely not be able to look me in the eye and say that! We have had no further response from them. We are sure that when they respond to this review, they may attempt to portray us as disgruntled who expected too much...snd that they did a good job...just a bunch of B.S. We simply wanted a good job, didn't get one and now hope to prevent others from wasting their money. Don't let those posted positive reviews fool you! UPDATE (9/1/2026): This is a reply to Sir Grout. Now, Sir Grout finally met our expectations. We expected a B.S. reply and we got one! He (the owner) managed to "sprinkle" a truth into his reply..."came back to address the issue". Big deal, the issue was NOT corrected. AND should Sir Grout be applauded because they came back to inspect the issue? No, this was something that would naturally be expected of this company since they told us that they use the BEST material and the job would be really good. They were wrong on both counts. Look it's simple. You can believe Sir Grout's take on this matter or you can believe us. We have nothing to gain and are trying to save you your money. They're trying to gain business and take your money! We sincerely hope that you use another company for your needs and save yourself the aggravation. We strongly recommend that you dismiss Sir Grout's reply to our feedback as B.S. and a "smoke screen" for a shoddy job! Your choice...decide wisely!

Ryan and his associate (Ricky, I think - I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) were both amazing! I enjoyed talking to them both and was immediately happy with my choice in companies when I met them. They cleaned the carpets in my two front rooms and did an awesome job! I had considered trying to clean them myself, but am sooooo glad I decided to call in the professionals. I had a few "problem areas" thanks to our dog, but after they were done the carpets looked like new! Their pricing is fair and they don't try to up sell you on items or treatments you don 't need.
