The times I have gone to the shop I have had to wait for an available person to help and sometimes it just took too long to wait. They have updated over the years thought. There is a wall where you can charge your phones and a lot of dummy phone son show for you to look at. A few of the phones are plugged in and live so you can get a real feel for the phone. However they are usually the very expensive ones so not always useful. The people in the shop usually end up calling Orange on your behalf so sometimes easier to do it yourself.

The person that served me went through all my options, gave me a full demo of the phone I was interested in and reassured me that I was making the right decision based on what I mainly use my phone for. They also called O2 to find out the answers to a couple of questions I had about data use. The person that served me went through everything that I was signing, explained the full cancellation terms and gave me O2 contact details that I'd been trying to get for some time. I was very impressed with the service I got, maybe CPW have finally got their act together!

All stock which very comprehensive, was clearly marked with prices which were very fair. Not cluttered up and access was easy. Lighting is a bit dim. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I ended up with a great phone, great deal and also half price mobile broadband as I took this out with the 18 month mobile phone contract. The cheapest dongle wasn't available in stock so they upgraded me to the more expensive one for free! I had a problem connecting with the broadband when I got home and went back to the store with my laptop and dongle. The staff were really helpful again but couldn't figure out why my Mac wouldn't connect but one staff member got me set up at a desk in store and called the techline for me so I could talk to them with my laptop in front of me. The guy at the tech line was really helpful, walked me through step by step and the problem was my Mac was an older machine and although still compatible with the dongle needed to be set up in a different way. I've had absolutely no problems since and would totally recommend the store, the staff and their products.

The sald/veg is normally just about on its sell by date but on the whole looks withered and tired. This is situated with a few other shops and most times of the day you can park off road very near.
