They brought it to the back to be wrapped up so I could drive it home. When I got home the item was not functional. They sent out a technician who said the item could not be fixed. Instead of replacing the item, they told me I could exchange it but I had to pay the full price - they would not honour the sales price. We ordered a tub chair from RS Furniture. We were told the seat cushion would be unattached as that…read morewas the best way to do it. When we picked up the chair, we were in a dark warehouse, so it was hard to really inspect. When we looked at it at home there are loose threads everywhere. The cushion is attached so it cannot be flipped, as we were told. The seams on either side are not the same....one is 1 inch from the front and the other is 3 inches. One side of the chair has ripples all down the side. The legs are not put in at the same distance...all different. When they were questioned, they said we had a chance to inspect......in a dark warehouse with the chair still partially wrapped in plastic. Do not believe anything they tell you.....they will turn around and say that you are lying. They talk a great game when you are there and they want your business.....once they have your money, you are the liar and there is no customer service. Do not buy from this company if you want honest and above board service and good workmanship. We would not believe them if their tongues were notarized.

In Dundas & Dixie area this store is perhaps the largest showroom with many Handstone Tables and chairs on the floor and in every finish that Handstone makes. The floor pieces even more reasonable than the ones you customize. Raj is a helpful and quoted reasonable prices and we struck a deal. The delivery is severely delayed due to pandemic which is the only unfortunate thing.
