I had to email 3 times initially to get her to take my deposit. When I paid the retainer fee, I asked, who is my point person and she replied that it would be her. After they took my payment in full, she contradicted statements made by the engineering team, was quick to get me off the phone, would forward me to the engineering team when it was a question for her to answer, or not get back to me at all. I regret hiring them and forwarding any business to them. My project remains incomplete but paid in full. I worry what I have paid for exactly with my site plan will only result in costly change orders from their incompetence. Update: A business manager has reached out but only I left two reviews of my experience. Prior to my reviews, the project coordinator would refuse to escalate me to anyone else.

We hired Rich to do a border survey. After a couple of months of pleading, nearly begging, he finally completed a plat for us to record with the county. It took a number of other over promises to finally have him stake the property. After many 'tomorrows,' the border work was finally completed; BUT... Next, we needed Rich to do a topo survey for grading work. After being over promised way too many times about getting to it 'tomorrow,' and with work stuck in line behind waiting for completion of Rich's work, we finally accepted sunk cost to go with a different firm. Sunk cost? Yep. Rich was a complete waste of money because the border work he was paid to do had to be redone by the new firm putting their name on the plat of survey to then do their topo survey. Rich was a complete waste of money and time. If you want a surveyor that over promises, but under delivers, Rich is your guy. If you want to waste your money, Rich is your guy. If you like to waste your time, Rich is your guy. If you like to beg and plead to get work done that you hired to get done, Rich is your guy. If you like sunk cost, Rich is definitely your guy. In the fall of 2026 It would've been 23 years. On average, the HOA fee has gone up $15-$20 a year. Years ago we were approached about getting our deck replaced. They came out, looked at our deck did some measurements and told us that we were next. It never happened. When we ask why they said that it would be $1500 out of our pocket to get them to do the work. Although it was promised. We had a 4 inch divot in our front porch right in the middle due to ice dams on the roof. The rebar had rusted through and the concrete was disintegrating. It took eight years to get it fixed. How nice of them to do it the year we're selling and moving out. Also over the years they had to cut down some trees. When we bought our home, part of the reason was due to the beautiful foliage. They cut down nine trees surrounding our building. With promises to replace them all if not some. Do this day they replaced ZERO TREES! They want us to pay for half and use their arborist Co. BULLSHIT
