I'm guessing when she needs to buy things... she rings them up for other people then takes them home. So she doesn't have to pay. This has happened to me before so i'm guessing that was it. I couldn't be asked to walk all the way back when I realised I was overcharged. But that cow ruined my good mood. ================= Anyways, outside of my 1 bad experience which knocks off stars: I prefer Carrefour, but it's far from home. This store has a lot, but not everything. Prices are so so. Cheap on some, expensive on others. Best to make your own judgement. It's hard for me to write unbiased cause of my 1 experience.

Apart from almonds with salt, honey or sugar, and Paco's home fried chips (patatas fritas), there's a lot of candy to be found in this beautiful blue corner store, only one block from the lovely market of Malaga. We were here on Valentine's Day and they had red candied apples dipped in small sugar hearts in one of their windows. You really can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Aside from ice cream, they also make fresh horchata which in Spain is made with chufas, or tiger nuts. We eventually settled on the orange with chocolate and the mango flavors, which complimented each other very well and were very high quality. They were perfectly sweet and it was the perfect treat to end our day exploring Malaga with.
