Service is prompt, just make sure you know what you're ordering! We tried tarta de la abuela and crema tostada, both fantastic and local flavors. Tarta de la abuela has that perfect mix of cookies, chocolate but also a nice touch of rich pine nuts Crema tostada is like a hug-- some liken it to crème brûlée, but in custardy ice cream form. You really can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Aside from ice cream, they also make fresh horchata which in Spain is made with chufas, or tiger nuts. They have a more earthy flavor than that of the Mexican horchata made with almonds/rice, but I liked it! This is the quintessential summer dessert spot ^_^

The store is tiny, so bringing your bocadillo with you to the plaza just 20 meters up the street is probably a better idea (and once you're there remember to check out the birth place of Picasso and grab a coffee at Café con Libros).
