Finally managed to get Caroline on the phone in late March and her only option for us was to reschedule for the fall, which wouldn't work for us. She refused to refund us any of the money we had already paid and ceased any communication even though our wedding is supposed to happen this month. We are so happy with the professionalism of the photographer and all the poses and locations she put us in. My wife and I are very spontaneous and you will catch us dancing anywhere including waiting in line at a department store. The photographer was absolutely brilliant in catching us at some of our best moments of not even paying attention to anything but each other while we thought we were waiting for her to get ready. Some of those pictures were among the best. The location is just wonderful. We had pictures taken both inside and out and were able to take advantage of some of the beauty that is the historic Collierville Town Square. Four days later the pictures were ready for us to review and pick from. We are very excited to pick them up today and to share with our friends and family.
